The Website is a general information medium concerning the French seed potato, its industry, its varieties, its research and development projects, its pests and disease, its control and certification, its cultivation in the garden. The website also offers the Catalog of potato varieties for sale and provides a directory of professionals (collectors/shippers, exporters, repackers, professional organisations, official services, variety creation stations, other useful addresses).
3. Terms of Use
Use of the Website implies full acceptance of the General Conditions of Use described below. These conditions of use may be modified or supplemented at any time, they are nevertheless binding on the User. In the event of non-acceptance of the General Conditions of Use stipulated herein, the User must renounce access to the services offered by the Website.
The General Conditions of Use must be accepted by any user wishing to access and use the Website. They constitute the contract between the Website and the User. Access to the Website and its use by the User signifies acceptance of these General Conditions of Use by them.

8. Applicable law and attribution of jurisdiction
These General Conditions of Use are subject to French law.
They are established in French, notwithstanding any translation that could be made elsewhere. In any event, the French version of these GCUs will take precedence over any other version in a foreign language.
In the event of a dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or execution hereof, SEMAE, FN3PT and the User agree to come together and attempt to find an amicable solution to their dispute within sixty (60) calendar days.
In the event of failure in the search for an amicable solution, any dispute relating to the interpretation, validity, and/or execution hereof will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, including in the event of multiple defendants or warranty appeal, for procedures aimed at obtaining emergency or protective measures, in summary proceedings or upon request.
